So you can rest assured that you are renting with like-minded individuals who are committed to a clean, tidy and well-maintained environment.
The whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment, including wired smoke and heat detectors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave oven and plenty of cupboard/storage space, as well as a washing machine. We also provide a vacuum cleaner etc.
Professional Landlords
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and start living, so we also provide a welcome pack for your convenience, at a small cost (it’s your choice.)
This contains a mop and bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a cleaner for communal areas only, your room is private and is your responsibility.
We ask that all our tenants familiarise themselves with the house rules, to ensure harmony is maintained.
